Chilli Powder & Salt

We make our chilli powder and chilli salt ourselves in Illmitz, Burgenland, Austria, from chillies from our own growing. There is a heat level to suit every taste – from mild and aromatic to extremely hot.

Chilli powder in different heat levels

Our range includes the mild jalapeño chilli powder (heat level 3), the balanced blend (heat level 6), the strong habanero chilli powder (heat level 9) and the extremely hot Bhut Jolokia chilli powder (heat level 10). This way everyone finds the right intensity for their dishes.

Chilli salt: seasoning with fire

Our chilli salt Flammenmeer combines the flavour of habanero with the versatility of salt – ideal for refining meat, vegetables or as a special table seasoning.

Using it in the kitchen
