We make our chilli paste ourselves in Illmitz, Burgenland, Austria, from chillies from our own growing. Chilli paste impresses with concentrated heat and intense aroma – ideal for seasoning, marinating and refining dishes.

Our chilli paste varieties

Our range includes Rotes Gold, a strong habanero chilli paste, and Gelbes Gold with the fruity, hot Devil's Tongue chilli. Both variants suit anyone who wants to dose concentrated heat precisely.

Versatile in the kitchen

Chilli paste can be dosed sparingly and is excellent for refining sauces, marinades, curries or dips. If you prefer a ready-made sauce, you will find what you need in our Hot Sauce category.

Ordering chilli paste

Our chilli paste is available all year round. The chillies we use come from our own chilli farm in Illmitz – if you would like to grow the plants yourself, you will find the matching range in our main Chilli Plants category.

INTO THE GREENHOUSE, INTO THE FIELD, INTO THE JAR

We grow our plants ourselves in Illmitz – with a wide variety of young plants thriving under optimal conditions in our greenhouse. We also grow the chilies used in our products and handle the entire production process ourselves, right through to packaging. Everything is done in-house.

This allows us to guarantee the highest quality and freshness in every plant and every product that reaches you. And it shows – not only in the satisfaction of our customers, but also in the numerous awards our products have received from expert juries.
