We ship our goods with DPD.

The standard delivery time within Austria is 2-3 days.

Parcels to Germany usually arrive within 3-5 days.

For shipments across Europe, parcels arrive within 5-7 days.

Should any shipping damage occur, please inform us in writing so that we can process the complaint.

If a product does not meet your expectations, please contact us to find a solution.

Plants are excluded from this due to their sensitive nature.
