We ship our products with DPD.

The standard delivery time within Austria is 2–3 days.
Deliveries to Germany usually arrive within 3–5 days.

If your shipment has been damaged during transit, please inform us in writing so that we can process your claim.

Returns:
If a product does not meet your expectations, please contact us so that we can find a suitable solution.
Due to their sensitive nature, plants are excluded from returns.
