Capsicum baccatum is a South American chilli species that stands out from other species with its fruity, often citrusy aromas. We raise our plants of this species ourselves as young plants in Illmitz, Burgenland, Austria.

This species includes the lemony, fruity Lemon Drop, the eye-catching Brazilian Starfish, the striped Sugar Rush Stripey, and Zebrange and Aji Confusion. These varieties combine noticeable heat with the pronounced fruity note that is typical of Capsicum baccatum.
